HPX requires proof that your business or employer is a current and legitimate automotive aftermarket business. You must supply documentation as proof that you are currently employed by or own the company you register under, such as:
- Current and valid business license
- Current and valid tax registration certificate or business registration
- Recent paycheck stubs (from an automated payroll system, handwritten company checks are not acceptable)
- Business cards are not accepted as proof of employment
All registrations will be considered “pended” until reviewed and approved.
If you do not meet the above listed qualifications, enthusiasts are able to purchase the “Thursday only” or weekend badge.

A $5 donation from each HPX 2025 registration will support NCMF, which provides annual scholarships to students pursuing motorsports careers in various disciplines. The foundation, led by a 16-member Board of industry experts, awards scholarships through the Sam Belnavis Scholarship Program and the NCMF General Scholarship Fund.

Only qualified B2B, trade professionals are admitted into the event on Tuesday, June 3 and Wednesday, June 4. On Thursday, we invite enthusiasts to join.
Yes – Must be 18 years of age or older to register to attend. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
There is no stated dress code to attend HPX 2025; however, we recommend you dress professionally to make the best impression on your potential partners. Due to the amount of walking on the show floor, we encourage wearing comfortable shoes as well.
Only service animals for the physically challenged are permitted. Contact Kelly Williamson at [email protected] if you require special assistance to attend HPX 2025.
A multitude of concessions and coffee stands will be available in the lobbies of the Charlotte Convention Center. Concession stands are also available on the show floor.
No, due to the sensitive nature of new products and unique booth displays, photography and video recording of any booths by attendee or exhibitor personnel is prohibited. Exceptions are made only when permission is obtained from the exhibitor whose booth or product is being photographed or videotaped and all individuals appearing in such.
Badges must always be worn in all HPX areas and at all HPX functions.
Yes – the HPX team is working with an Advisory Council to plan content that will be presented in classrooms and on the show floor.
