Yes. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Registration of children is complimentary and must be done onsite and a waiver must be signed. All children except infants in backpacks or slings must be registered and display a badge to be admitted to the show floor. Strollers for children are permitted on the show floor during published show hours. Attendees assume all risks associated with the use of strollers on the show floor, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage.
Badges CANNOT be reproduced, transferred, or resold. All HPX attendees and exhibiting personnel must be prepared to provide a matching government-issued photo ID upon request. Show Management reserves the right to refuse admission and revoke a badge. If badge sharing is discovered, both parties will be escorted from the show floor and may not be allowed to attend future events.

Each linear exhibitor will be provided with 8′ high black back drape and 3′ high black side drape. Booths 300 SF or less (10’x10’, 10’x20’ and 10’x30’ inline) will receive an identification sign.
The HPX Exhibitor Hub is where exhibitors can update their company profile for the online exhibitor list and mobile app as well as access registration, the Exhibitor Services Manual (ESM), and crucial forms and show information. Every exhibitor will need to create a login to access the system.
The payment schedule is outlined in the terms of your contract. In general, 25% is due upon selecting space, 50% is due by September 2, 2025, and 100% is due by December 2, 2025. After December 2, 2025, full payment is due with the contract.
The cancellation policy is outlined on your booth contract. Depending on the date of the cancellation, either 25%, 50%, or 100% of your commitment will be considered due at the time of cancellation.

Drones | UAVs of any kind are not allowed on the HPX show floor or at the Charlotte Convention Center and will be confiscated until show end.
Booth vehicles may be moved in once the booth is completely set and empty freight has been removed. There must also be a clear aisle to get the vehicle to your booth. Once these criteria have been met, an Expo Group representative will assist you. You must also complete the vehicle display form located in the Exhibitor Service Manual, available February 2026.

North Carolina is a “right-to-work” state. Exhibitor personnel may set up their own exhibits if so desired; however, labor is available to assist in the installation and dismantle of exhibit booths. Exhibit labor, freight and rigging labor, electricians and plumbers can be arranged at established rates, using the order forms in the Exhibitor Service Manual (ESM).

Media credentials are available for working media in the automotive, aftermarket, automotive racing, motorsports and related industry areas. This includes but is not limited to reporters, editors, camera crew members, photographers, social media influencers and content creators. No. Public relations, marketing, social media and video production team members representing exhibitors and manufacturers do not qualify for media credentials. In addition, those who solicit and charge companies to be covered do not qualify for media access.
Media are welcome to attend the sessions open to all exhibitors and attendees of the show to cover the event. Attendance at private functions and mixers are at the approval and discretion of the organizer.
